General information about the Personal Data Law
Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the KVKK) was adopted on March 24, 2016, and published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 dated April 7, 2016. Some parts of the KVKK entered into force on the date of publication, while others entered into force on October 7, 2016. As the data controller under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, we will record, classify, process, store, update, and, subject to regulatory requirements and your consent, disclose personal data to third parties. We hereby inform you of our mutual rights and obligations under this legal regulation.

- To record the identity, address and other necessary information to identify the transaction owner within the scope of the Travel Agencies and Travel Agencies Association Law No. 1618, the Turkish Civil Aviation Law No. 2920, the IATA International Air Transport Association Policies, the International Montreal Convention dated 1999, the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the regulations/directions prepared on the basis of these regulations and other legislation;
- To prepare all records and documents that will form the basis of electronic payments, electronic contracts or paper transactions required in the fields of Banking, Insurance, Civil Aviation and Tourism; to comply with the information storage, reporting and notification obligations stipulated by legislation and other authorities;
- To provide information to prosecutors, courts and relevant public officials on matters related to public security and legal disputes, upon request and in accordance with the legislation;

It will be processed for the purposes of recording your identity, address, tax number and other information in order to determine the transaction owner and addressee in all kinds of transactions and operations to be carried out in relation to all kinds of products and services we will offer to you; preparing the information and documents that will form the basis of the transactions and operations to be carried out electronically; complying with the information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by all judicial and administrative authorities (such as courts, TBB, BRSA, CMB, TCMB, MASAK, BTK) in accordance with the relevant legislation; providing other products and services offered and requested by Enuygun.com and fulfilling the requirements of the agreements between us.
Information about third parties or organizations to which your personal data may be transferred

Your personal data collected through any of the methods listed above, whether processed in Türkiye or processed and stored outside of Turkey, may also be transferred to accommodation companies, airlines, and GDS (Global Distribution System) service intermediaries located abroad, provided that it remains within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law and in accordance with the contractual purposes. However, your personal data may be transferred to countries accredited by the Personal Data Board and with adequate personal data protection, and/or, even if inadequate protection is not present, abroad under the conditions specified in the Personal Data Protection Law and with the permission of the Personal Data Protection Board.
Storage and protection of personal data
Your personal data will be kept confidential in our company's database and systems in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances other than in accordance with legal obligations and the regulations specified in this document. Our company is obligated to protect the systems and databases that house your personal data, in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law, from unlawful processing of personal data, to prevent unauthorized access, and to implement software and physical security measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction logging, and access management to ensure their safekeeping. If it becomes known that personal data has been obtained by others through illegal means, the situation must be reported immediately, in writing, and in accordance with legal regulations.
Personal data will be stored for as long as the purpose for which it was provided is valid. We will continue to process your data after you have received service from us to identify your needs, provide you with faster service, and meet your subsequent service requests. Data will be retained for legal periods and for reporting or informational purposes to relevant public authorities, or if longer retention periods are required by law, these limits will be adhered to. Rights of personal data owners pursuant to KVKK No. 6698
Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698 entered into force on October 7, 2016, and pursuant to the relevant article, the rights of the Personal Data Owner after this date are as follows:
Personal Data Owner can apply to our Company (data controller) and request the following information regarding himself/herself:

- To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- To request that, in case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, these operations be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of any damage caused by the unlawful processing of personal data, the person has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

Our Company may respond to requests, whether positive or negative, in writing or digitally, provided they are reasoned and responded to within 30 days.
